Tickets can be purchased in advance in our webshop

Children and young people under 18 receive free admission.

Students and visitors over 65 years of age receive reduced admission.

Special exhibitions may have separate admission prices.

GETTING HERE

Take the undergrounds U3 or U6 to Odeonsplatz, from there take the city bus 100, direction Hauptbahnhof North, to Pinakotheken station.

From Karlsplatz (Stachus) tram lines 27, direction Petuelring, or 28, direction Scheidplatz, to Pinakotheken station.

The parking area belonging to the museum is available only to persons with a disabled parking permit.

ENGAGE - EXPLORE - CREATE

Welcome to OPEN4, the Pinakothek der Moderne's education and outreach programme.

We want to create new encounters, encourage people to join in and make the four museums with art, prints & drawings, architecture and design an experience for everyone. Our programme invites visitors of all ages to discover the collections and special exhibitions of the Pinakothek der Moderne in diverse and creative ways and to gain new perspectives.

Whether guided tour, dialogue, workshop, discourse or online format - we create spaces for individual experiences, shared discovery and critical perception.

Please note that, with the exception of special exhibition tours, our educational programme is held in German.
